Booking and Registration

Abstract Submission, Registration for the conference and the additional short courses will be available from this site starting from 1st October 2013.

There is also a reserved contingent of hotel rooms in different locations and categories, central reservation for all hotels is already available via a direct link to the congress centrum service (see also below).

 

Abstract submission

 1st October 2013 until 30th November 2013

 

Registration for conference

 Early Registration: 1st October 2013 until 31th January 2014

 Late Registration: 1st February 2014 until 31th March 2014

 

Hotel room reservation

Please use the central Hotel room booking service offered by the Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH (KMK) to benefit from the reserved contingent of hotel rooms for the conference AERC 2014:
